ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Hannah.

I am a wife, mother of three (10, 8, and 5), and an elementary teacher.

Most importantly, I am a follower of Jesus who is nothing without Him.

I have spent the last 14 years in ministry, 13 of those serving alongside my husband in both full-time + bi-vocational ministry in churches across Louisiana and Texas.

Our family has had the honor and privilege of serving the Church in worship, pastoral, and family ministry positions.

Most recently, we are both full time educators in Christian Education and serving a local church in leading worship.

In 2010, I graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a B.A. in Christian Ministry and minor in Psych and Counseling. A few years later, the Lord led me into education, first as a para-professional and then as a certified teacher.

My heart is for God’s people to know Truth and be transformed by it. I understand saying “yes” to Jesus is a daily surrender as I pick up my cross and follow Him.

Throughout my life, God has been writing His story of bringing beauty from ashes. Loneliness, heartache, sickness, and confusion have tried to befriend me in each season to which He has called our family, but God’s faithfulness and sustaining grace has triumphed every time.

I am no stranger to struggle. And I am a firm believer the Lord wastes nothing.

My mission is very simple: to glorify God by sharing the Good News of Jesus to as many as possible.

I am a creative communicator at heart, who passionately desires to cultivate community through God’s word. That has looked different for me in various seasons of life, from blogging, to podcasting, to writing, to now opening my schedule for speaking opportunities.

During the summer and extended school breaks, I am available for scheduled speaking engagements.
